The “super fun romp” of a show, which was first broadcast this summer on streaming service Netflix, is set to arrive on ITVX in a matter of months.
The Hunting Wives is set to fill the period between Christmas and New Year with saucy action, racy bedroom scenes and a jaw-dropping “trashy” plotline that viewers simply can’t get enough of.
It sees protagonist Sophie O’Neil (Brittany Snow) uproot her idyllic life in Boston, Massachusetts with her son and husband, Graham (Evan Jonigkeit), following a traumatic event.
They re-locate to East Texas where Sophie grapples with her new surroundings until encounters her enigmatic and beautiful neighbour Margo Banks (Malin Åkerman), who is in a seemingly open marriage.
Sophie soon finds herself deeply in love with Margo – on a physical and emotional level.
